Add colleagues' contacts
Contacts that other Katana sales people already work. They go straight onto the blacklist, tagged with the colleague's name, and the lead search never suggests them.
Used for every line that doesn't name a colleague itself.
One per line: Name; Company; LinkedIn profile. Company and profile are optional, but a LinkedIn profile gives the most reliable match. An optional 4th value names the colleague for that line.
Columns are recognized by their headings: name (or first and last name), company, LinkedIn, owner. The file is read in your browser and shown above before anything is saved.

Cron job (recommended)
In your hoster's control panel, create a cron job that opens this address every 10 minutes. It only works when a search time is due. Without a cron job, searches run while someone has the desk open.
